Paying For Your Purchase - your Options
Online Shopping Cart
Payment can be made on our secure shopping cart which accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards or by Pay Pal. The credit/debit cards are processed through Paypal and they require that for any purchases over 150.00 GBP the customer has to register with them. Any large value purchases may require prior approval with your credit card company, as they will often block transactions over say 1,000.00 GBP until approved by the purchaser.
Click on any of the "Add to Basket " buttons to put items in your shopping cart. All of your details are entered securely and you will be given the option to delete items, clear your cart or buy items. Your credit card is authorised through Pay Pal and once received we will send your order by post. When entering your credit card details there is a field in which you can enter a security code which gives you added security.
Payments can also be made using Pay Pal manually. To choose this option you can make a payment direct to us using the paypal id of firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you give the reference number of the item in which you are interested.
When paying by cheque through the post please email us for details. Our International Office is at 145 Parque Del Danubio,, Urb. La Marina, 03177 San Fulgencio, Spain. Please give your address and reference number of the item you wish to purchase. Once the cheque has cleared your order will be despatched.
If you wish to order by email please click on one of the links on this site and supply your name, address, credit card details and expiry date, reference number of item, telephone number and your email address. Please remember emails are not a secure way to send credit card information. Once this information is received your order can be processed and despatched.
Orders and payments can be taken over the telephone, but please remember, time differences if phoning from outside of Europe. Our phone number is (0044) (0)121 288 3339.
Deliveries NORMALLY take 7-14 days BUT PLEASE ALLOW 28 DAYS FOR DELIVERY because since Sept 11th there are increased security measures taken particularly items shipped to the USA.
UK Deliveries take approximately 5 days but again please allow a little longer. Cancellation/Return of Goods
If you wish to return your purchase we will happily refund in full less any credit card/paypal charges provided the following conditions are adhered to:
The item is returned within 14 days in its original condition
The item is returned by an insured, recorded postal method (but not by Carrier such as UPS or FEDEX
Complaints We will acknowledge any complaint within 2 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed about progress. All complaints will be dealt with in strictest confidence. We have no current outstanding complaints. This statement will be removed during any period where there is an unresolved complaint extending beyond 7 days.
